Weekend Schedule
Arrive anytime after 12:00pm on Friday. Spend the afternoon setting up camp, helping us decorate, playing games, and hanging out. The wedding party will have a rehearsal from 1:00PM to 2:30 PM. Our family-style dinner cookout will start at 6:00 PM, followed by a night of games (Ethan & Emily Group Trivia), drinks, music and good times. Stay up as late as you'd like—but save some energy for the big day tomorrow!
Breakfast will be served around 8:00 AM, followed by plenty of fun and activities. Around 2:00 PM, we’ll start preparing for the ceremony. If you're just coming for the ceremony and reception, please arrive by 3:00 PM. The ceremony will start at 4:00 PM, followed by cocktails, music, and a catered dinner at 6:00 PM.
After that? Dancing, drinks, and celebrating into the night!
A final breakfast at 9:00 AM, followed by more games, hanging out, and relaxing. Lunch will be around noon—enjoy the riverside, soak up the last moments, and say your goodbyes whenever you’re ready. We need to leave the property by 5:00 PM fully cleaned.

If you coming from out of the state or country, you will most likely be flying to the SeaTac (Seattle-Tacoma) Airport. Our wedding is located ~50 minutes from this airport. A taxi or Uber from the airport to our wedding site is estimated at ~$125. There are also some bussing options for >$10 that take ~2hours.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Will I have cell service?
A: Likely, no. Some cell service is available depending on your cell carrier, but it is safe to assume you won't have service. Make sure you know where you are going before you leave!
Q: Where can I park?
A: From Enumclaw Franklin Rd SE, you will drive approximately 0.25 miles down a gravel road. Please note, the driveway is narrow, so if you encounter someone going the opposite way, someone will need to find a space to pull off. There is a large grass field to park in, and we will have people helping you park. However, we highly encourage carpooling to ensure there is space for people to come and go.
Q: Can I charge my phone or other electronics?
A: Yes. There are various outlets around the property and in the kitchen. Still, electrical hookups are limited. If you have a portable charging device, it may be a good idea to bring it.
Q: I am camping. Can I shower?
A: Yes. There are two full bathrooms with hot water. You will need to bring your own towels. There are outlets in the bathrooms, but please be courteous of other peoples time and need to shower.
Q: I would like to bring my RV, are there electrical hookups?
A: Yes, there are 10 electrical hookups with the ability to have 20 with splitters. Space for RVs may be limited, so we will confirm with you directly about whether you can bring an RV.
Q: I want to camp for the weekend, but I want to bring my own food or drink. Can I do that?
A: Yes. Bring whatever you may need or want! We are planning to supply food and basic drinks, but, please, bring what sounds the best to you.
Q: I have a good idea for something I can contribute to the wedding that isn't on the volunteer list. What should I do?
A: Please email or text Emily and Ethan and we will discuss it!
